Cancellations Related to Covid 19 travel bans
If you are forced to cancel as a result of Covid 19 lockdowns or travel restrictions which are officially imposed by governments, we will refund your reservation deposit in full if you notify us 48 hours before rental. You must contact us in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your airline cancels your flight, without an official government travel restrictions in place, Eurodriver reserves the right not to issue a full refund.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
For any other reason, In case you need to cancel your reservation, you must contact us via email at email@example.com Cancellations or changes by telephone will not be accepted.
Cancellations after the Final Booking Confirmation are subject to a €50 administration fee.
On group bookings or while renting more than one vehicle, a €50 administration fee is for each vehicle.
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the rental start date.
100% deposit refund (minus the administration fee).
100% credited deposit towards future bookings with Eurodriver without 50€ administration fee. (credit must be used within the following 30months of original reservation.)
Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours of the rental start date.
100% credited deposit towards future bookings with Eurodriver with a 50€ administration fee. (credit must be used within the following 30months of original reservation.)
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the rental start date.
No refund of the deposit amount or credit.
No Refunds of the Deposit amount or credit towards future bookings.
Cancellations after rental start date
- No refunds on early returns.
If you are already enjoying your Eurodriver rental vehicle, and would like to keep it longer, please remember to notify us. You need our permission before you can extend your rental, we will do everything that we can to accommodate you, however we have the right to deny permission in case the vehicle is already reserved to someone else.
